气流比重分选机 Air Separator

概述 Product Introduction

气流比重分选机利用气流悬浮原理将比重差不同的物质进行悬浮分层，通过鱼鳞状的筛面摩擦力与物料自重倾角流动将比重不同的物质进行分选。采用气流自动循环，集分选与收集于一身，结构简单、紧凑，并配备脉冲除尘设备，以保证在分选过程中没有灰尘溢出。分选精度及细度高，分选范围广，分选范围可在15-200目内任意调节。使用寿命长，安装维护方便。

Air separator by taking advantage of the air suspension principle to make different materials with different gravities layered at first, then separate the materials through the friction of scaly screen surface and the inclining flow of material self-weight. It adopts automatic air circulation with pulse dust collector, which make sure no dust fly around during separation process. It has the advantages of simple and compact structure, high separation accuracy and fineness, wide separation range between 50-200mesh, long usage life and easy to install.
