概述 Product Introduction

磨粉机主要应用于铝塑复合材料的分离，分为刀盘式和磨盘式磨粉机。刀盘式磨粉机主要应用于硬质塑料PVC复合材料，如PVC管材、型材、板材的次品及边角料，PVC铝塑药片包装及边角料、ABS、PS、PA、PC等塑料的磨粉；磨盘式磨粉机的磨盘直径较小为350mm，较大为800mm，广泛应用于硬度适中、耐冲击及易碎的物料，如PE、PVC、PP、ABS、PA、EVA、PET、PS、PPS、EPS、PC、泡沫、牛皮等等。 磨粉机采用新型刀具结构，在高速旋转的动刀离心力作用下物料之间强烈碰撞与定刀槽板剪切式粉碎。磨粉时采用风冷与水冷相结合，有效的控制了物料粉碎的温度，解决了热敏性塑料研磨变性熔融烧焦等问题。磨粉机主机磨腔可开，便于刀具的检修与更换。并配有旋振筛分设备，使磨粉颗粒达不到要求的物料重新回到磨粉机进行再次磨粉。另外有负压上料及除尘装置，在提高物料出料速度的同时避免了以前正压出料的风机叶轮磨损情况发生，磨粉过程中的灰尘也得到了有效的回收。

Grinding mill is mainly used in the separation process of aluminum plastic composite materials, which has two types design, one is blade type, the other one is plate type. The blade type grinding mill is mainly used for the grinding of solid PVC composite materials, like PVC pipes and plates, PVC medical blisters, and other ABS, PS, PA, PC materials. Plate type grinding mill is mainly used for medium-solid, impact resistant and easy-crack materials, like PE, PP, PET, EVA, PPS, EPS, foam, leather, etc.The grinding machine is equipped with air cooling and water cooling system, which could avoid the material melting caused by high temperature generated from grinding process. And there is the eddy-vibrating screen which could sort out the unqualified materials and send back for grinding again. Both the cooling system and eddy-vibrating screen could make the highest separation rate as possible. In addition, the grinding system is connected to negative loading and dedusting device, which could increase the unloading speed while avoid the wear of fan wheel compared to traditional loading process, and make good efficiency of dust collection.
