电缆线回收设备是用于对各种废旧电线的破碎分选出铜、铝等金属的设备，由于分离出来的金属像米粒一样，因此称为铜米机。铜米机可处理原料包括：铜线，电话线，通讯线，控制板线，工业铜线，细毛线，铜塑复合线，铝塑线，护套线等各种铜线和电缆。 处理流程： 各种废电缆电线经过粗碎、除铁、细碎、比重分选、静电分选工艺流程，完全干式物理分离，避免了“火烧取铜”，“水粉洗铜”对环境不利的回收方法，实现了塑料和金属的双重回收和综合利用。我公司生产的铜米机配备静电分选机，使金属回收率高达100%，达到了铜里面看不到塑料，塑料里面看不到铜的效果。

Copper wire recycling machine is an environmental protection type machinery, also called as copper wire granulator machine. Copper wire granulator machine is used for recycling scrap cable wires to separated copper and plastic through shredding or crushing, air separation or electrostatic separation process, totally dry and physical separation method, without using fire, water or chemical, thus no secondary pollution to the environment. With the use of electrostatic separation technology, the separation rate of our copper wire recycling machine could reach to almost 100%, which you could see no copper in plastic and no plastic in copper.
